The CX 300 silver are high-quality stereo ear-canal headphones with powerful, bass-driven stereo sound for listening 'on the move'. Ear adapters in three different sizes ensure a perfect fit, high wearing comfort and an excellent attenuation of ambient noise. The CX 300 are ideal for use with MP3,CX300S In Ear Headphones, Silver CD, MD, or DVD players and many other portable devices.

These great in-ear headphones from Sennheiser are the perfect audio accessory for a whole range of portable players, from iPods to Mp3 players, portable DVD and games systems. They offer incredible sound, excellent wearing comfort and cutting edge design

The CX300’s are the first consumer “ear-canal” headphones that Sennheiser has ever produced. They employ an innovative, miniaturized Sennheiser driver that has been specially designed to deliver super smooth, acoustically correct in-ear operation. This driver enables the CX300’s to provide an extended 18Hz-21kHz response, high on detail but also strong and defined in the low frequencies. If you’ve ever listened to one of your favourite tunes on your iPod and thought “hey, where did the bass go”, these in-ear phones could be just what you need.
 
One of the other common gripes with in-ear headphones is how uncomfortable they can be. This is an area in which Sennheiser has obviously taken great care. For a start, the CX 300 comes with three different sized ear adapters, so you can find the one that fits best forCX300S In Ear Headphones, Silver you (no more of this “one size fits all” fantasy). Each of these ear pieces is made of ultra soft, silcone rubber to ensure long term wearing comfort.

The excellent design continues with the CX 300’s special in-ear seal. This serves two important functions: to minimise ambient noise from your surrounding environment and to maximize the depth and presence of the bass. As you’d expect from a Sennheiser headphone set, it does both very well. If you enjoy escaping into the world of your favourite music while you’re on the move, the CX 300’s create a listening experience that will truly take you there.

Pros: Size; Comfort; Bass/sound quality; Free 2Year Warranty; Value for money is outstanding !!
Cons: The plastic box they came in was hard to open - honestly, talk about splitting hairs - that is the only thing I can come up with !
At last !! I have found a canal earphone that actually stays put and does not cause severe discomfort in the process. The other features are really a bonus for me, but what a bonus. They successfully block out all external background noise without having to crank the volume up to the max. My colleagues like that because they don't have to listen to my music. The sound quality is excellent and I have never heard bass like it through similar devices. They plug straight into my Nokia N95 volume control, so I didn't consider buying the CX400 (which comes with it's own).

Well worth it !!

Pros: great sound quality, very comfortable to wear
Cons: short lead to left ear
I have always had problems with wearing regular ear buds: they pop out or are uncomfortable. These are great!

Pros: Cancels all outside sounds, great for noisy gyms
Cons: no volume control on unit, length of cord too short
Although I admid the cord is too short, I would recommend these to anyone. The sound you get is enhanced by the fact that all other noise is cancelled out and none of your precious tunes go out of those foamy things, it all goes into you ears!

Pros: Awesome sound clarity; blocks all outside sound, very tiny
Cons: does it get much better?
These are the BEST earphones that I've ever heard music in... I use them with my Ipod, but they are soo much better than the standard ones, or some other ones that i previously bought. Due to it blocking out the sound around you, you don't need to turn it right up to understand it, and it's soo much clearer. The bass is really good.
I'm using it as I'm typing this review, and I can't even hear myself type!
Highly recommended if you really want to appreciate how sound SHOULD be.

Pros: Comfortable, fantastic sound and great noise reduction
Cons: Bass is a little light at low volume
I found these headphones great and at the price unbelievable. I use them with games and movies on a PSP and the sound quality is very impressive, the dialoge in movies is easy to understand and the sound from games and the action in movies is 3D and there is no lack of bass. With a IPod the music is room filling but inside my head. They sound even better because they are so good at stopping outside noise. They are also much much more comfortable than the IPod headphones I was using. If you have a portable device you would be crazy not to own a pair of these headphones. 5 stars.

I purchased Sennheiser CX300 In Ear Headphones about 3 weeks ago and absolutely love it. For the price of the headphone and the quality it offers, it's a really good value for money. CX300 is so comfortable to use and has a very light weight. The in ear design fits perfectly in your ear and block the outside noise thus giving you the maximum sound quality when you are enjoying your music. I'm really satisfied with the sound quality of this headphone. The Bass is magnificent. I would strongly recommend this headphone to anyone who would love a very good quality speaker but doesnt want to pay a fortune. CX300 is the best value for money.

These headphones are amazing. They fit so snugly in my ears and the sound quality is superb! Excellent at blocking out exterior noise - it's just you and the music - perfect. Great bass response. Sexy looking too - highly recommended.
