Pros: Motion Plus, sexy look and feel, easy interface
Cons: backlight ruins the black a little
This TV is exceptional. I purchased for both PC, PS3 and DVD watching.
PC based ops are great, although the zoom features are limited so if you're video clip is cropped widescreen, it stays that way.
PS3 is excellent however I dont advise using this as your primary Blu-Ray device as you have to reduce the quality settings to get smooth playback.
DVD is great, just watch the motion plus settings coz you find some of the older DVDs end up like that shot of krusty the clown when they shot him in HD. lol.
The TV itself looks fantastic. It runs silently albeit a little on the hot side. I have lots of ventilation for mine (its free standing) but if you were wall mounting it, I'd take precautions on the temperature, particularly if you are in a hot climate. The general interface is very straightforward but has enough tweakable settings to keep even the most advanced user happy. The onboard speaker is a little quiet and lacks any real definition in any of the frequencies but who's going to have a TV like this without having some kind of home theatre audio anyway. There are plenty of ins and outs for all your favourite devices and you can even label them on screen so you dont have to remember which AV port you plugged into.
My only real negative is that as with any LCD, there is a backlight and it distorts some of the black background to a dark grey. This is fixable to a decent extent through tweaking.
Overall, its an awesome TV and I'd recommend it to everyone.
