Just bought this today. Was really after a Samsung LCD as I think they are a real quality product. The Palsonic really suprised me with the brightness and image quality I did not expect from a generic brand name. The best feature is that a DVD and HD tuner are built in so there are absolutely no unslightly wires and clutter of extra boxes to ruin the sleek look of this setup.

Unit is easy to use and setup, got home ran "auto chanel search" and it's done. I am using this unit as a secondary tv in my study so I was not after a huge screen and for it's purpose I could not ask for more. I am using it in conjunction with Logitec Z10 speakers which really finish off the look as they are made from the same black gloss finish.

One thing that might save someone some grief is that do not bother buying the self powered internal antennas if you are not situated right underneather the signal tower. They DO NOT WORK!!!.

Although the appearance of the unit is quite slim and modern I cant help but think it still looks cheaper than it's higher branded competitors. The closest rival that came with the DVD and HD tuner was atleast another $300 +.

I made a deliberate decision today to go with a lesser branded product product which I admit I was abit unsure about but now I have it home and setup I know I made the right decision.
