Pros: Small, Wicked design, Sounds Crisp and Clear
Cons: Bass response is a little lacking
I just bought these speakers from the Albany JB HI FI store in Auckland New Zealand. I used these speakers as my mains in my apartment they are small heavy and pack a huge punch.
Mid to high frequency sounds are rich, crisp and clear. When listening to male and female singers they do not distort the sound and classical instruments sound like they are being played just a few feet away.
They are amazing and look really good in the wild cherry finish.
I recommend these for both surround speakers and as mains if you are space limited.

when you need to fill a large room with sound i would rather go with the floor standing ones though and they have better bass response. Bass response is largely dependent on air volume in the speaker box and since these guys are quite small you should not expect too much in this department, but they make up for it in crystal clear sound effects and music. These little bookshelf speakers are insanely good for the asking price.
They can also be played really really loud and do not distort and with the 10 year warranty there is not speaker like it, oh and they have gold binding posts on the back allowing for huge speaker cables to be inserted.
When matching these little wonders with a JENESEN sub you will never turn back and be the envy of all your mates.

Had a few movie/game nights with my friends, they even commented on having heard things in the movie (the finer details) which are otherwise missed. The stereo sound effects come out absolutely brilliantly.
