| About to buy third Logitech Roller Ball Mouse | Is this review helpful?

Pros: Easy to install and use. Less stress on shoulder and hands. Cons: Visitors find it difficult to manipulate at first. I had an earlier model which I bought about eight years ago as I have a disability brought about by a fall and fractured shoulder.
I am using one now and am going to order a new one to go with our new computer |

Pros: Everything!!! Better than a conventional mouse. Cons: Harder to control when drawing or tracing items. I bought one of the earlier versions of the Logitech marble track ball mouse several years ago when they were white and worth around $120. I have changed computers 3 times but still utilise the same Logitech mouse!!. It has lasted a long time and is still my preferred method of control. At first it feels a bit wierd and takes some getting used to but once mastered you will never go back to the conventional mouse ever again. Nicknamed the 'SQUID' due to its shape I have found my friends and work colleagues making the change to them as well. Well done Logitech on an excellent product that has genuinely lasted the daily abuse now for around 5-6 years. They are much cheaper in price these days and in my opinion a bargain! |

I have about a dozen of these spread around wherever I work or play. They are fantastic. Once you get used to a trackbal, especially this one,l it seems silly (if you'll pardon me) to use a mouse. This product never jams and takes only a tiny desk space compared to a mouse. Don't get me started, I love them. |
