I found it fascinating, it's my best friend in the house, car and uni library. i also enjoyed traveling with it on the bus, playing games and reviewing my school work. it got the speed, screen, weight and the style i love for my laptop pc, thanks HP.

Pros: Excellent design, superb speed and sound
Cons: Poor battery life
I love the metallic and glossy design including the keyboard feel. The speaker system is excellent. Lots of memory storage and good resolution screen is a plus. The DV5-1004ax can easily outclass lots of desktop computer in the market. The only setback is the short battery life. The area where you rest your palm also tends to get warm quite a bit after prolonged use. Overall the unit is good value for money.

the hp pavilion dv5-1004ax has the perfect size screen of 15.4" (not too big, not too small), while its High Definition widescreen display is astonishing for watching movies, playing games or even just surfing the web. It contains a 2GB RAM with a massive 320GB hard drive.
This is the perfect notebook for school, home and work.
